I’m so excited to finally share my very first Skillshare class — a short 15-minute project where I show you how to make a necklace using repurposed beads.
It’s inspired by the very first necklace I ever made, the one that launched my brand over 20 years ago! 💫
You can easily do it on your lunch break.
The class is hosted on Skillshare, an online platform for creative learning.
If you’re new to it, you can try it free for 30 days, which means you can take my class — and explore many other creative ones — at no cost during the trial.

Can’t wait for you to see how it all began — and maybe create your own version too! 💕
Design Your Own Eco-Friendly Tagua Necklace
Slow down, get creative, and design your own delicate Tagua necklace in this mindful two-hour beading workshop.
In this special session, you’ll be working with sustainably sourced Tagua (often called “vegetable ivory”), using dainty, beautifully handcut and drilled geometric shapes — including squares and other clean, modern forms — ready for you to transform into your own unique piece.
This is a relaxed beading workshop, where you’ll be guided step by step to design and assemble your jewellery. While I’m often known for bold and statement pieces, this class is specially created for those who love more delicate, dainty jewellery.
Depending on your pace and design choices, you’ll create a finished necklace — and you may also have time to make a matching bracelet or earrings.
Held in a cosy small-group setting in the West End, this workshop is an opportunity to unwind, connect with your creativity, and enjoy mindful making in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Refreshments are included.
Please note: the studio is located in a basement space and requires walking down a flight of stairs. Participants should be comfortable using stairs.
What’s included:
-
A 2-hour guided beading workshop in the heart of the city
-
Sustainably sourced, pre-cut and drilled Tagua shapes
-
Your finished necklace (with the option to create more pieces if time allows)
-
A cotton bag to protect your jewellery
-
An exclusive 20% in-store discount on the day
-
Tea, coffee, and light refreshments
More than jewellery — this is a moment to slow down, create intentionally, and leave with something beautifully handmade and uniquely yours.
